Kettle River Giant

Makes piles of big fat cloves of rich flavor.
Similar in appearance, taste and flavor to Inchelium but can get bigger in total size of the bulb and with lots of easy to peel cloves. The pungency is true medium in that it has full warmth when eaten raw but it's not painfully hot nor is it nor is it bland. No tiny cloves, either; they are all of good size.
Give them a little extra room in the garden and plenty of full sun and water and they will reward you with extra size. If bigger is better, you will love these gentle giants.
They harvest in July and store through the rest of the year and maybe into the new year. The real secret is to plant early, water often and let them stay in the ground full term and harvest when bulb size is at maximum.
